Castlemaine Circus provides an accessible professional community circus arts program for small children, young people, adults and families teaching a wide variety of circus and theatre skills.

 

The school was established as a direct response to ongoing requests from the community for circus classes for children. In February 2014 we dipped our collective toes into the Castlemaine waters and started with three classes per week.

 

With nine classes a week we have more than 100 children enrolled, have successfully received start up funding, and funding for the fit out of our new venue at the sought after Goods Shed in Castlemaine.

 

We also 2 new exciting projects in the works involving some of the Goldfields most exciting artists.
